Hasan has been in jail for many years when he gets out he decides to move away to make another criminal plan with Kuzey. His idea is to create a fake police department to rob a casino. He starts as the security of the place and also the person who robs the place. However, his plan starts to go wrong, when the government decides to place an intern in his police departments.
