Synopsis
France, 1942: A serial killer stalks the streets of Occupied Paris. Using the chaos of the war to his own advantage, psychotic doctor Marcel Petiot poses as a resistance operative and preys on those most desperate to flee the Nazi regime – Jews, criminals and underground partisans.
